I am qualified to deliver and feedback on psychometric tests for occupational use and am registered on the British Psychological Society’s register of qualified test users (RQTU). This means I can both administer personality profiles and explore psychometric personality profile results with my clients. I regularly use psychometric tools within my coaching to enhance the learning experience.

A highly validated personality assessment measures the Big 5 Factors of personality (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience) and the six facets that define each domain. Underpinned by a vast amount of research data, the NEO is substantive and robust – yet concise in its measurement.
Provides rich insight into areas including: problem solving, decision making, planning, organising, relating to others, emotional petterns.

NEO PI-3 Primary Colours® Leadership
The Primary Colours® Leadership Model (Pendleton & Furnham, 2012) aims to enhance understanding of how personality helps and hinders in developing leadership competence.
It explores appetite for leadership, the style of leadership thinking to which individuals are temperamentally most suited, and how aspects of natural style can increase or reduce both general effectiveness as a leader and potential effectiveness in dealing with specific leadership tasks.
